Terms of trade
How to shop at LOUISE GRØNLYKKE
You must be 18 years of age to shop with us. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
At wwww.louise-gronlykke.dk you can only order items via our webshop. If you have questions about items that are not on the page, you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com

To make a purchase with us, you must go through 5 steps
- Find the item or items you want and put them in the shopping cart. Then go to the checkout.
- Enter your personal information.
- Select shipping / payment method.
- Check that all information is correct on the collection page, and approve the purchase.
LOUISE GRØNLYKKE receives payment with MobilePay, Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. We do not charge card fees.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and includes VAT.
LOUISE GRØNLYKKE encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
All webshops must require a multi-factor approval for online payment for purchases over DKK 225. be a code that is sent to you and where you have to accept the purchase on the mobile, as you may know it from Dankort Secured by Nets, MobilePay and 3D-secure solutions.
The new rules mean that online payments which after this date do not have a multi-factor approval can be rejected as the transaction is not legal.

Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card such as VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB or with MobilePay, the amount is immediately reserved for up to 30 days.
The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We raise the amount when we send the item
2) If the order is canceled when the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
Shipping and delivery
LOUISE GRØNLYKKE insures every purchase, from the moment it leaves our hands until it is delivered to you.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number from Postnord, so you can track your delivery online.
Please note that the delivery time is usually 1-5 working days. In the event that the delivery time is longer, you will be notified by email immediately after we have processed your order.
Fixed price for shipments in Denmark: 65 DKK.
If you want to have it delivered to an address outside Denmark, the price will be calculated according to current rates when you fill in your address in the shopping cart.
The final price for your order, delivery and handling will appear when the order is to be paid.
We can deliver your order if the delivery address is a home or a business address. Please note that we can not deliver to PO addresses.
All prices include Danish taxes and duties, thus also Danish VAT of 25%
Right of withdrawal and refund policy
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to email@example.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Specially made jewelry, or jewelry that has personal engravings can not be canceled, returned or exchanged.
Undoing part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.
You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and handing it in person at the above address during the store's opening hours by prior arrangement.
Complaint and guarantee
When you shop at Louise Grønlykke, we naturally offer - in accordance with Danish law, a 2-year right to make a complaint about our jewelery. In the event of any errors or omissions, you must contact Louise Grønlykke as soon as possible so that the error can be corrected. We point out that there is no guarantee on the gemstones.
