Handmade luxury jewellery

Since 1994, Danish goldsmith Louise Grønlykke has created jewellery exclusively from precious materials of the highest quality. Louise Grønlykke has a signature style, which her handmade luxury collections are true examples of. Exquisite design, combining the raw with the ultra feminine, makes her jewellery unique. The designs are inspired by Japan and the Middle East with their rich and delicate patterns and their refined craftsmanship. Favourite materials are 18k and 24k gold, combined with diamonds, sapphires, emeralds and pearls.

Education

Louise Grønlykke was apprenticed as a goldsmith to Vagn Drachman from 1983-85. As part of her training, she worked for Georg Jensen. After a year of study at Sir John Cass Faculty of Arts in London, she graduated from the Goldsmiths College in 1989. Louise Grønlykke was then part of Galleri Metal for 5 years, where groundbreaking Danish jewellery was exhibited. In 1994 she opened the Louise Grønlykke Shop. At this fine location, all jewellery is designed and crafted by hand. Louise Grønlykke has received many scholarships and awards throughout her career, and she has participated in many group shows and exhibitions. Among other things, she has contributed to the autumn exhibition at Kunsthal Charlottenborg.
